[MySQL] mmm_control set_online

當執行 mmm_control show看到   master/ AWAITING_RECOVERY
應該

1.    嘗試執行mmm_clone

  ## mmm_clone --host shard${SID}master0 --clone-mode $mode

##mmm_clone --host shard0master0 --clone-mode master-master

3.到Active HA server 上面執行mmm_control set_online 把機器手動設成online
